Order Assistance

For questions about an existing order, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The product involved

  • A clear description of your request

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please include clear photographs when possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Contacting our customer-service team within the applicable return period is sufficient to start a return or exchange. A separate online return portal is not required.

After receiving your request, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return label

  • The authorized return address in the Netherlands

Please do not send a product to our registered business address. Returns are processed through our authorized return location in the Netherlands.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct a delivery address. We will confirm whether the requested change can be completed.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may use the return process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
