Terms of service

These Terms govern use of the CoreSky Living website and purchases from Shivers CoreSky Innovations LLC. Mandatory rights available to consumers under Dutch and EU law are not limited by these Terms.

1. Store operator

CoreSky Living is operated by Shivers CoreSky Innovations LLC.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information and reasonable protection of login credentials.

3. Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, colours, availability and prices. Screen colours may vary. Confirm compatibility and measurements before ordering. We correct material errors when identified.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we send acceptance or dispatch confirmation, subject to mandatory law.

5. Pricing, VAT and payment

Prices for customers in the Netherlands are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT where required. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Standard shipping within the Netherlands is paid by us. Payment authorisation and collection are handled securely through the payment provider shown at checkout.

6. Availability and cancellation

We may reject or cancel an order for genuine stock, pricing, fraud, legal or delivery reasons. If payment was taken, affected amounts are refunded without undue delay.

7. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk remains with us until you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

8. Returns, conformity and guarantees

The Return and Refund Policy applies. Mandatory rights concerning conformity and statutory guarantees remain unaffected.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully, impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

10. Intellectual property

Store content, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to us. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.

11. Consumer rights and remedies

All mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable Dutch and EU law apply in full.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain all mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence and may bring claims in a competent court available under applicable law.
