These terms govern use of the SHIVELLE HOME website and purchases from Shivers CoreSky Innovations LLC. Mandatory consumer rights under Dutch and European Union law are not limited by these terms.

Product information
We aim to provide accurate titles, descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, package contents, availability and prices. Screen colors may vary. Customers should review measurements and compatibility before ordering.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The sales contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices for customers in the Netherlands are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Standard delivery within the Netherlands is free. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Availability and cancellation
We may reject or cancel an order for genuine stock, pricing, security, legal or delivery reasons. If payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded without undue delay. Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk remains with us until the customer or a person designated by the customer physically receives the goods.
Returns and conformity
The Return and Refund Policy applies. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity and statutory guarantee rights remain fully available.
Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
Intellectual property
The store name, website text, graphics and original materials are owned by or lawfully used by the store operator. No commercial copying or reuse is permitted without authorization.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer remedy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain all mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence and may bring a claim before any competent court available under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an order remain those accepted when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law.
