This policy explains currency, prices, accepted payment methods, payment timing and refunds.
Currency and prices
Prices for customers in the Netherlands are displayed and charged in euros. Applicable VAT is included where required. Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Only payment methods displayed and available at checkout can be used for an order.
Payment timing
The payment method may be authorized when an order is submitted. Payment is collected according to the information displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
Payment security
Payment information is transmitted using encrypted checkout technology. We do not ask customers to send complete payment-card details by email or through the contact form.
Failed, pending or duplicate payments
A failed or pending payment does not confirm an order. If a charge appears duplicated or incorrect, contact shiver@shivellehome.com with the order number and non-sensitive transaction details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our refund processing period and the additional time a bank may require are explained in the Return and Refund Policy.
