We want customers to shop with confidence. This policy explains the voluntary 30-day return period offered by CoreSky Living and the statutory rights available to consumers in the European Union.

2. Thirty-day return period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days beginning on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the final item in the order. You do not need to give a reason. This voluntary period does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

To exercise your right, use the clearly labelled online withdrawal function on our website or send an unambiguous statement to our support email. You may also use the model withdrawal form linked on our website. We will acknowledge electronic withdrawal requests without undue delay.

3. Return conditions

· Handle products only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

· Return all included parts, instructions and accessories.

· Use suitable protective packaging. Original packaging is recommended but is not automatically required.

· You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

4. Return shipping

For orders delivered within the Netherlands, we cover approved return shipping and exchange shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or an agreed reimbursement method with the return instructions. Returns must be sent to: 1466 Irmgardstraat, 6291 JB Vaals, Limburg, Netherlands. Please contact shiver@shivellehome.com before dispatching the parcel so we can provide the correct label and tracking instructions.

5. Refunds

We refund payments due, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with the order number, description and clear photographs. Statutory conformity and guarantee rights remain unaffected. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing, and other legally recognised exceptions. Any applicable exception will be disclosed before purchase.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability. For orders delivered within the Netherlands, we cover approved return and replacement shipping. Any price difference will be confirmed before the exchange is completed.
