Customer-service hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Netherlands time. We are closed on weekends and Dutch public holidays.
Orders and returns
To ask about an existing order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout.
Contacting customer service within the applicable return period is sufficient to start a return. No separate online return portal is required. We will send the Netherlands return address, instructions and prepaid return label.
Complaints
Describe the issue clearly and include relevant order information. For damaged, defective or incorrect products, photographs may help us resolve the matter promptly. We will acknowledge the complaint without undue delay and explain the next steps.
